ETA 3 & 4 star rated accommodation

Highclere enjoys commanding views across Bath.  The ground, first and second floor lounges have panoramic views over the city with its Abbey, (floodlit at night), Roman Baths, River Avon and its bridges and the Kennet and Avon Canal.  The trees of Smallcombe Valley present a delightful view from each of the bedrooms, with the idyllic scenes changing from season to season.  Highclere is late Victorian, with many original features and has been sympathetically converted into four spacious one bedroom self-contained apartments, which can accommodate two to four persons.

The garden at Highclere is pleasant with a large patio, lawn and flower beds and garden furniture.  It is safe for children, being totally enclosed.  There is a rotary clothes-line.  There is a parking area for a small car behind wrought iron gates at the front of the house.  For a larger car a parking permit will be available for the zone 2 parking, in addition there are 4 hour bays in the tree lined road outside, for non residents' parking.  WIFI broadband has been fitted throughout the house.
